Kiara von Konz is a stunning 5 year old German Shepherd. People assume she is younger because of her playfulness. She is a joyful dog with such a zest for life. There is a long line of things she loves, squeaky toys, fetch, car rides and most of all her special person. Right now she is in limbo. She has a mammary tumor that hasn’t changed in 8 months. We are hoping that she still has some quality time ahead of her. We want her to savor and enjoy life to the utmost, making every day count. Right now she is in a kennel at the rescue. Her dream would be to have someone with a yard to sun herself and check on the squirrel population, then back inside to get some love and cuddles from you. Kiara is pretty good on leash and passing other dogs, but she doesn’t want to share her home with another dog or cat.  She is housebroken and knows her commands. She wanted us to make sure to tell you that she loves Greenies. It would be such a gift to find someone who could foster Keira for whatever time she has left. Could you be that angel?
