Kiara von Konz is a stunning 5 year old German Shepherd. People assume she is younger because of her playfulness. Kiara is a joyful dog with such a zest for life. There is a long line of things she loves - squeaky toys, fetch, car rides and most of all her special person. Right now she is in limbo. She had a mammary tumor that was removed, nothing has changed since November.  We are hoping her health issues are behind her and she can live life to the fullest! Right now she is in a kennel at the rescue. Her dream would be to have someone with a yard to sun herself and check on the squirrel population, then back inside to get some love and cuddles from you. She is good on leash and passing other dogs; she could be with a mild male in her home (but no cats). She is housebroken and knows her commands. One thing is guaranteed: if you adopt Kiara you will be laughing a lot, she will be there by your side pointing out the humor in life!
